Rental Car Reservations

Follow the directions provided below to make a reservation for a discounted UC-contracted rate on a rental car used for official UC business:

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

1. Reserve online or call 1-800-261-7331
2. Reservations are made by the traveler, using the UC Merced Account # XZ30D01 .
3. Follow these steps for online reservations:
   • In the Optional: Coupon, Customer, or Corporate Number Box enter Account
   • Enter PIN #
4. Enroll in the frequent traveler program Enterprise Plus, if you are not already a member.

Hertz

1. Reserve online or call 1-888-222-0286
2. Reservations are made by the traveler, using the UC Merced CDP# 1659067.
3. Follow these steps for online reservations:
   • Select UC location from menu
   • Contract ID# is pre-populated
4. Enroll in the frequent traveler program Hertz #1 Club, if you are not already a member.

National Car Rental

1. Reserve online or call 1-800-227-7368
2. Reservations are made by the traveler, using the UC Merced Contract ID# 5007821.
3. Contract ID# is pre-populated when reserving online
4. Enroll in the frequent traveler program Emerald Club, if you are not already a member.
